Research with Impact
At the SEED Center, "Research with Impact" constitutes the fundamental cornerstone of our mission. We firmly believe that research, particularly in regions where developmental challenges are most pronounced, should be a catalyst for positive change. Our unwavering focus is on pioneering solutions that proactively address real-world challenges and empower local communities. As we immerse ourselves in the intricate intersection of sustainable energy and entrepreneurship, we are deeply committed to transforming knowledge into actionable, meaningful initiatives.
Our research approach links technical feasibility, economic viability, and intended/unintended effects on communities, informing both entrepreneurs and policy-makers. Alongside technical and economic research, impact assessment is an integral component of the living labs, with a particular focus on SDG 7, SDG 6, SDG 8, SDG 1, and SDG 5.
