In an article recently published by Sueddeutsche Zeitung, TUM SEED Center is mentioned among five flagship sustainability projects at TUM.
TUM SEED Center's Director Prof. Frank-Martin Belz, an expert in entrepreneurial sustainability at the TUM School of Management, emphasizes that while discussions about energy transition are ongoing, millions of people in the Global South still lack access to electricity. This lack of power not only deprives them of basic amenities but also negatively influences their economic prospects and exacerbates poverty.
The collaborative effort together with the eight partner universities aims to improve living conditions, create economic opportunities, and empower communities in the Global South, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future.
