Last Sunday, the TUM SEED community went for an informal get-together in the Bavarian Alps. It was a hike to Aueralm and Fockenstein near Bad Wiessee, Tegernsee.
Although the weather was not on our side, it didn’t stop our doctoral candidates and master’s exchange students from making the most of the day. It was filled with laughter, good conversations, and shared adventure — a wonderful reminder that sometimes the best connections are made off the grid and on the trail.
A special thank-you goes to Prof. Dr. Frank-Martin Belz, who led the “hard route group” all the way to Fockenstein.
We would also like to thank everyone who joined and contributed to creating such a fun and friendly atmosphere. Here’s to more hikes, shared experiences, and a growing SEED community! 🌿
