Diversity and equal opportunities
The ministry acknowledges and promotes the diversity and differences among doctoral candidates, postdocs, and senior researchers, regardless of race and ethnicity, gender, religion and worldview, disability, age, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status and background. The HyperMet research group recognizes the importance and critical need to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) throughout our structure.
To promote and support female researchers, we aim to increase the proportion of female researchers at the project management level, improve the career qualifications of early-career female researchers, and help families. This is achieved through financial support for workshops, individual professional career coaching, and participation fees in institutional mentoring programs.
The HyperMet research group prioritizes scheduling meetings and talks so that they do not conflict with childcare commitments.
