Efficient Research Documentation with the Electronic Lab Notebook
The training provides a practical introduction to the electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) TUM eLabFTW . You will learn how to document all relevant information about your research in a structured and traceable manner using the ELN – ideal for teamwork, secure, and DFG-compliant.
Training objectives:
- Know registration processes and basic functions
- Organize documentation with tags, categories, and statuses
- Create entries such as templates, experiments, or resources
- Knowhow of change history and evidence security
Methods: Input of specialists, exercises, exchange
Requirements: To use TUM eLabFTW, a valid TUM ID is required. Individuals without a TUM ID must request one through their contact person at TUM.
