As part of the conference program, Prof. Dr. Frank-Martin Belz chaired the session “Entrepreneurship and Systems Change.” The session brought together current research examining the limitations of scaling approaches and highlighting the importance of system-level perspectives for understanding impact in social entrepreneurship.
The conference covered a wide range of topics, including social entrepreneurship ecosystems, community-based approaches, and impact scaling, reflecting the field's growing complexity.
The participation of the TUM SEED Center contributes to its broader research agenda at the intersection of sustainable energy, entrepreneurship, and development in the Global South, combining academic research with practical insights across diverse contexts.
