The TUM SEED Center welcomes Dr. Ing. Lebian Wilfried NIKIEMA as the new Scientific Director of the SEED Center at the Burkina Institute of Technology (BIT) in Burkina Faso.

Dr. NIKIEMA brings a background in medical informatics, artificial intelligence, and digital learning systems. His work focuses on the intersection of technology, education, and applied innovation, with experience in academic program coordination and teaching in computer science and engineering.

At BIT, he currently serves as Academic Operational Lead and is responsible for several academic programs, including the AI Master’s program.

As Scientific Director, he will contribute to coordinating SEED activities at BIT and support academic exchange and collaboration within the SEED network.
