Call for Contributions: ReSET 2026 Conference in Nepal 🏔️🔋
We are sharing an external call for contributions for the International Conference on Renewable & Sustainable Energy Transition (ReSET 2026).
The conference will take place from 2-3 December 2026 at Kathmandu University, Nepal, and is organised by the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Laboratory (RSEL).
ReSET 2026 focuses on accelerating energy transitions through interdisciplinary research and practical solutions. The call for papers covers a range of thematic areas, including renewable energy technologies and storage, energy systems modelling, policy and governance, energy access, and sustainable mobility.
The conference brings together an international scientific committee with representation from multiple institutions working on sustainable energy transitions, including TUM. This reflects ongoing academic exchange aligned with the TUM SEED Center’s focus on research at the intersection of sustainable energies, entrepreneurship, and development .

- Abstract submission deadline: 31 July 2026
- Acceptance notification: 15-31 August 2026
- Full paper submission: 30 September 2026
- Conference: 2-3 December 2026
The conference will be held in a hybrid format.
