Registration process: Each registration is reviewed manually. You will receive payment instructions by email within 72 hours of signing up. If you have not heard from us within this time, please get in touch.
Conference fee: Early bird registration is available for 80€ until 01.09.2026; after this date, the fee will be 100€.

Payment information will be sent to you after your registration has been reviewed. Please allow up to 72 hours, as registrations are processed manually.
By registering for and attending the conference, you agree to the following terms:
Photography and recording: Photos and videos will be taken during the conference and may be published on our website, in printed materials, and on our social media channels. By attending, you agree to appear in these images.
Cancellation and refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the change in writing, including the new attendee's full name and affiliation, at least 3 days before the event.
Presentations and posters: The number of presentation slots is limited. Presenters will be selected from registered participants who have expressed interest in speaking. Applicants who are not selected for a talk are welcome to present a poster instead.
Accommodation: You are responsible for booking and paying for your own accommodation. The conference does not cover hotel costs. On request, we are happy to recommend suitable hotels nearby.
Travel: You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel to and from the conference.
Name badges: All attendees will receive a name badge displaying their name and affiliation. Badges must be worn visibly throughout the event and are required for entry to sessions, meals, and social activities.
Code of conduct: We are committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
Access restrictions and confidentiality: Attendees are not permitted to leave the designated conference area or enter other sections of TranslaTUM, in particular the laboratory areas. Any information, materials, or activities observed outside the designated event area must be treated as strictly confidential. Taking photographs or videos outside the conference area is not permitted.
Personal data: Information you provide during registration will be used solely for organising the conference and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Your name and affiliation will appear on the participant list shared with other attendees and on your name badge.
Liability: The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except where required by law. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and health insurance.
Changes to the programme: We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, or venue if necessary. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees will be refunded.
Acceptance: By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Registration capacity: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We expect to accept around 100 participants.
